Q. Can I pick up from your factory?

A. No, we no longer operate a showroom.  We offer fast delivery and can even do next-day local delivery.  Please email brandsonly2009@outlook.com or send a message through live chat to arrange a local delivery.

 

Q. How quickly will you ship my order?

A. Our normal handling time is 1-3 days.  If there is going to be a delay on an item in your order, we will contact you.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Apple Pay or Bank Deposit 

 

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway (Aramex).  If you prefer a specific company, please request it in the special instructions when you complete the checkout.

 

Q. Do your items carry a warranty?

A. All of our items come with the full manufacturer's warranty and are protected by Australia's strict consumer laws.

 

Q. What if I have a problem with an item?

A. Please contact us by email and we will assist you through the warranty process.

 

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. We accept returns for refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
