Q. Can I pick up from your Hallam factory?

A. Yes, pick up is available and is currently by appointment only due to Covid-19 social distancing rules.  Please email brandsonly2009@outlook.com to arrange a pick up or call us on 0431 430 777.

 

Q. How quickly will you ship my order?

A. Our normal handling time is 1-2 days.  If there is going to be a delay on an item in your order we will contact you.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Deposit.

 

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. We use a Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway.  If you prefer a specific company please request it in the special instructions when you complete the check out.

 

Q. Do your items carry a warranty?

A. All of our items come with the full manufacturers warranty and are protected by Australia's strict consumer laws.

 

Q. What if I have a problem with an item?

A. Please contact us by phone or email and we will assist you through the warranty process.

 

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. We accept returns for refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
