Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancelled orders

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at brandsonly2009@outlook.com. Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for store credit only.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and our standard returns process above will apply.

Store credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, store credit will be issued to you and can be used towards a future purchase. Please note we do not offer cash or card refunds for change of mind, cancelled orders, or eligible returns — store credit only.

Late or missing store credit (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your store credit yet, please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for confirmation. If you still haven’t received it after a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at brandsonly2009@outlook.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brandsonly2009@outlook.com.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, store credit will be issued to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us and we will provide instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a product has a major failure — for example, it is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from how it was described, or does not do what it was reasonably expected to do — you are entitled to choose between a repair, replacement, or refund, at your discretion. For minor failures, we may choose to remedy the issue by repair, replacement, or refund.

These rights exist in addition to, and are not limited by, any other terms in this policy. Store credit will not be offered as a substitute where you are entitled to a refund under the ACL. To make a claim under the ACL, please contact us at brandsonly2009@outlook.com with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
