The 10 A and 15 A plugs are included with every EVC7KW, so you're ready to charge straight out of the box. To unlock the full 7 kW charging speed, simply add the Home Kit (sold separately, part no. Just plug in — the EVC7KW automatically detects the connection and completes the handshake protocol with your vehicle before charging begins. An on-screen display keeps you informed of charging status and any fault conditions, so you always know exactly what's happening.

Multiple Layers of Protection

Safety is built in at every level, with protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, leakage current and short-circuits. A self-test runs automatically whenever the charger is connected to power or when your vehicle requests a charge. Once charging starts, the current setting locks in place, preventing accidental interference mid-charge.
